Please provide the following items along
with your completed application form:

• A $50.00 non-refundable application fee for each person 18 years of age and older.  All occupants the age of 18 must complete the application.
• The security deposit is due at the time of application and is equal to TWO month’s rent.
• Provide proof of income from all current employers (i.e. paycheck stub)
